| well... it's day 4. it's kinda rough. there's almost 500 people here. i just keep meeting new faces and i never get to actually know anyone. i guess i'm kinda impatient cuz i'm used to servants. at servants i had already met and gotten to know the people who became my best friends by the second day. this is just really different. plus i ended up in drama as my focus area. i'm not a drama person! everyone is talking about stuff in the theatre and about shakespeare, and i have absolutely no idea what's going on. all in all, it's going okay, but not the greatest. prayers would be much appreciated. | | |
| wow...its been almost a year! i doubt anybody even checks this anymore, but whatever. i'm not at servants this year :( i got into this thing called governor's scholars program. i've spent all summer dreading it. it's five weeks long and it's during servants. the only reason i came is because it will provide scholarships for full tuition to any state school, so that's good. today was my first day and it's not as bad as i expected. it's not as good as servants by any means, but it's all right. so...to everyone that i haven't seen in a year and are probably currently at servants...i love you all and i miss you lots!

can i just say that i hate my computer? it's awful! it hasn't let me get on the internet at all since my last post. it's so stupid! so, just so you know, it really isn't my fault that i haven't updated in almost a month.
well, life here has been pretty good. i met a new friend the other day, which is really cool! she's 18 and she's a great person! she and her son came to church today which was great. i'm excited!
i haven't talked to anybody since servants. *tear* i don't have a cell phone, and we don't have long distance at home. i've always used my parents' cell phones to call people, but they've stopped working when we're at home. so, if anybody ever wants to talk, feel free to call!
does anybody have the servants contact info list? i never got it, so if somebody could email it to me, that'd be great!:) | | |
